Our journey begins with creating spirits that evoke the warmth and relaxation of summer, and unique Australian ingredients.

Inspired by our co-brand Ocean Rocks, with the World’s First Abalone Craft Beer, we passionate to bring the wonder of Australian Abalone to the world of spirits. Our journey began in 2019, where we started with our single cask barrel of Abalone Whisky. Proudly in 2022 we launched the World’s First Abalone Whisky, capturing the spirit and prestige of this Australian marine wonder.
